My internet connection has been down since Saturday and I have no idea when it might be restored. So I'll be quiet for a while.There's a lot going on ... but you know more about it at this point than I do.
I have been using my unexpected offline time to work on a piece which I have been thinking about for a while, and I hope to post it soon ... but in the meantime:
